KENOSHA, Wis. — Cortez K. Wise, 21, of Kenosha, was ordered held on a $25,000 cash bail Thursday after appearing in court on charges that he illegally possessed a firearm as a convicted felon and allegedly attempted to reach for a loaded handgun while struggling with Kenosha police officers during a traffic stop. Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low-Bail" Braun dismissed one of two identical resisting charges after the defense argued it was multiplicitous and set the cash bail.

So if someone is out on bond and is not supposed to not commit another crime or carry a weapon; why is there still Bond if they do commit another crime? And what happens to the Bond in Racine County in this case? I’m not being funny, just asking.
