Mark Jensen was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole by Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Anthony Milisauskas.
“This isn’t a plea, where I have to rely on what the lawyers tell me happened. I watched the trial. The evidence was overwhelming,” said Milisauskas. Milisauskas said that some of the most damaging evidence was the internet history, the hiring of a hitman, and the bizarre penis issue.
Jensen’s lawyers argued for parole eligibility in 20 years, which would be retro-active to when Jensen was first incarcerated more than a decade ago. They said he would be a contributing member of society.
Jensen took a few minutes to speak. He asked for parole eligibility. He spoke of community service and his history of employment. The judge disagreed.

We could be closing in on some finality here. With the “letter from the grave” not in evidence it narrows the possible issues for appeal. Sentence was not surprising and the judge made a point that he did hear all the evidence.
How wonderful for Mark Jensen that he gets to live. Julie Jensen is dead because he took her life away from her.
exactly
Who says that there’s no good news anymore?
I have doubts in this case yo be honest. And Julie was a toxic couple. She was unfaithful in the more badly way.
Only because this case is mediatic he didn’t has parole.
Judge wasn’t fair because in other case they had parole.
How come there was no venue change this time around?
