Indian Trail High School Teacher Who Was Placed On Leave, Had Classroom Searched, Back To School

A KUSD art teacher was removed from his classroom in early December, 2024, by district staff and had his classroom searched. Odin D. Cabal II, 39, of Kenosha, was removed from the school and placed on administrative leave on December 12. He had a substitute teacher in his classroom at Indian Trail And Academy High School ever since.

Today, Cabal is back at work, according to a school district representative. According to a post made the next day on Cabal’s LinkedIn, he is “Currently looking to get out of education and find a new career path[.] [A]ny ex teachers with advice out there[?]”

Kenosha County Offering Free Well Testing After Flooding Concerns

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. — Residents whose private wells may have been affected by recent flooding along the Fox River and in other parts of Kenosha County can now receive free well-testing services through Kenosha County Public Health. County officials announced Monday that residents in flooded areas are encouraged to pick up test kits at several municipal buildings and government offices throughout the county.
