Criminal Complaint Details Seven Years of Abuse

According to the criminal complaint, Kenosha Police Officer Araiza was dispatched on January 28, 2025, to a reported sexual assault case at a residence on 70th Street in Kenosha. The report originated from the mother of a 12-year-old girl, identified as “Samantha,” who disclosed that Alcocer-Bautista, a relative who previously lived with the family, had sexually abused her over a seven-year period.

Samantha told authorities that the abuse began when she was just three years old and continued for several years. She described how Alcocer-Bautista, whom the family referred to as “Primo,” would wait until her siblings were outside before luring her to the basement, where he assaulted her repeatedly. The complaint details graphic allegations, including rape and forced exposure to explicit materials.

Samantha stated that Alcocer-Bautista would force her to undress before engaging in sexual acts, which included digital penetration, inappropriate touching, and repeated instances of rape. She recalled times when he restrained her and ignored her pleas for him to stop. She also reported that he showed her pornographic videos and images of other children engaged in sexual acts, reinforcing his abuse and making her feel powerless to resist.

The victim reportedly refrained from speaking out earlier due to fear that her parents would blame her or that the suspect’s arrest might lead to her father’s deportation.

Surveillance and Arrest

As part of the investigation, Kenosha police detectives conducted surveillance on Alcocer-Bautista’s current residence at Alpine Village Mobile Homes. On February 12, officers observed him driving and initiated a traffic stop, leading to his arrest.

During questioning, Alcocer-Bautista initially denied wrongdoing but later admitted to sexual contact with the victim, claiming that she had initiated some interactions. He ultimately conceded that the abuse occurred “around 15 times” over the years.

Authorities believe the abuse was more frequent than the defendant admitted, as Samantha described near-weekly incidents over the years, especially when her parents were not home.

Next Court Appearance

Alcocer-Bautista remains in custody on a $1,000,000 cash bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 21, 2025, in Kenosha County Circuit Court.

Authorities urge anyone with further information related to the case to come forward.

This is a developing story. Updates will be provided as more details emerge.

  1. That’s the point: should he be sent to prison for 60 years (for only one count, despite admitting to doing it numerous times), or should he be sent to El Salvador’s prison system, which is willing to host our worst undocumented criminals, with a label reading “I am a pedophile”?

  2. I read that line about being afraid her father would be deported, and I wanted to vomit, then round up every moron who supports illegal immigration, especially politicians, sheriffs, etc.. they are the ones who belong at Gitmo. This SOB should just be shot.
