KENOSHA, Wis. – A 47-year-old woman was charged in Kenosha County Circuit Court Tuesday after police said she resisted officers, exposed herself, and kicked a Kenosha police officer during a disturbance last week.

(Kenosha County Sheriff
Jennifer T. Morrison of Kenosha faces three charges: disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, and battery to a law enforcement officer. The felony battery charge carries a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
According to the criminal complaint, officers responded to the 6500 block of 23rd Avenue on Aug. 18 after reports that Morrison was throwing items against a garage and screaming threats. Police said she gave false names, exposed her breasts to officers and utility workers, and resisted efforts to handcuff her.
Once in custody, Morrison allegedly kicked Officer Kiara Lehman in the arm and stomach, causing pain and visible redness. While being transported to jail, Morrison reportedly spit throughout the squad car and shouted, “You are going to die, die, die, die,” along with other profanities.
Morrison made her initial appearance in court Tuesday. Court Commissioner William Michel II ordered $1,000 cash bail and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 4.
