PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. – A Chicago man who prosecutors say reached 140 miles per hour in a high-speed chase with his 9-year-old daughter in the back seat has been re-arrested in Kenosha County after missing court for nearly a year.

I have no idea and don’t care if he is a U.S. citizen. Deport him. Actually you can deport a U.S. citizen. President Lincoln set the standard during the Civil War.
