PADDOCK LAKE, Wis. — A Salem Lakes man with a history of threatening law enforcement was back in court Tuesday, charged in a new case that mirrors his past behavior. Ryan L. Frook, 30, was charged with felony threats toward a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse modifier. Court Commissioner William Michel II ordered a mere $750 cash bail, despite Frook’s nearly identical conduct two years ago that involved threats and violence toward deputies and family members.

Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life son.
Fat fuck loser. I miss the old days when the cops would crack you in the head with
a night stick, and throw you into a paddy wagon.
The judge only gave him a 750 cash bail? For a felony? And domestic abuse? Watch it’s gonna be another slap on the fat wrists and he’s gonna go out and abuse his family again. My heart goes out to his victims. His family shouldn’t have to put up with that shit. Lock him up.
Kenosha county court system is crooked as shit.
people on here just talked when they know shit about the situation. find a new hobby.
