KENOSHA, Wis. — Miguel A.L. Martinez-Hernandez, 28, of Kenosha, was charged today with three criminal counts after witnesses told police he brandished a handgun inside a crowded party on October 18 and threatened multiple people. He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, November 20, at 1 p.m. for his initial appearance. According to court records, Martinez-Hernandez posted $1,100 statutory bail on October 20.
