Gilliom Sr., 63, a homeless Kenosha man, was in court and charged today after police allegedly found heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and a digital scale during a traffic stop earlier this week, according to the criminal complaint. Commissioner Michael set his cash bail at $50,000, and he is due back in court on November 25 for a preliminary hearing.
