KENOSHA, Wis. — Keith J. Cartwright, 38, of Kenosha, was sentenced to nine months in the Kenosha County Jail and three years of probation for striking a pedestrian with a minivan while driving on a suspended license and then fleeing the scene, according to court records from his 2024 case . The probation term will run consecutive to a separate felony case in which he was previously sentenced for possessing a firearm as a felon.
