Jackson, 39, a Somers woman living in the 700 block of Sheridan Road, was back in court this afternoon after being arrested overnight on a months-old felony fraud case, according to a criminal complaint filed earlier this year. Jackson is charged with using a fraudulent Salvation Army letter to mislead her apartment manager into delaying an eviction, an allegation prosecutors say amounted to identity theft.
