KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of driving so fast that his car briefly went airborne during a police pursuit was in court and charged today, where Court Commissioner William Michel II set his bail at $35,000 cash. He is due back in court on November 25th for a preliminary hearing.
