KENOSHA, Wis. — Noah K. Hamp, 21, of Kenosha, was charged Monday in Kenosha County Court with felony intimidation of a victim and two misdemeanor domestic-abuse offenses after police say he punched his girlfriend, grabbed a broomstick from her, struck her with it, pushed her to the ground, and tried to break her phone during a violent argument at her home on October 26, according to the criminal complaint filed in the case.
