KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of repeatedly firing a gun inside a home during emotional outbursts and scaring those he lived with was given an extremely low bail today — just $150 cash — despite serious safety concerns documented in a newly filed criminal complaint. Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner David Hughes set the cash bail at only $150, the same statutory amount the defendant had already posted on December 8.
