KENOSHA, Wis. — Former County Board Supervisor and former Wisconsin Department of Corrections sergeant Andy “Sergeant Hard” Berg has asked the court to loosen his bond conditions, arguing financial hardship and logistical difficulties, even as newly filed records show the identities of his alleged victims — including his ex-wife and 11-year-old daughter — were made publicly accessible after a judicial decision.
