KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of spitting on a police officer, shouting racial slurs, and making graphic sexual threats toward the officer’s family was charged in court Tuesday, where Commissioner Michel set only a $5,000 cash bail.

What an absolute insult to the police officer and his family that he got such a low bail!
1st, I can’t believe the guy made threats against the officer and HIS DAUGHTER and was allowed such a low bail. Do LEOs need to get security for their families when this happens? They should get that from the force for no cost, if so.
2nd, To the suspect, get that hair situation turned around. Start with just chopping the braid snakes off. Anyone who says otherwise is just lying. For real.

The people setting these bills should be tasked with having the defendants guests in their homes until trial date.
