KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha County judge signed a $200,000 arrest warrant Friday afternoon for Curtiss W. Tolefree Jr., 48, of Kenosha, after prosecutors filed new felony sexual assault charges tied to allegations involving a vulnerable adult. Authorities say Tolefree is currently wanted, and members of the public are urged to call 911 immediately if they see him.
Police are also asking anyone who may have information about the case — or who believes they may have been victimized themselves — to contact Kenosha Police Detective Brittni Bray at 262-371-6477. Additional information can also be provided through the Kenosha Police Department’s non-emergency line at 262-656-1234.
The charges were filed Friday afternoon by Deputy District Attorney Rosa Delgado, who requested the arrest warrant. Judge Hughes signed the warrant shortly afterward.

The victim lived out of state and did not cooperate with police, did not come back to testify. Hard to have a case when victim is scared and won’t testify.
