PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Two Illinois men accused of stealing tens of thousands of dollars worth of computer components from Arvato Digital Services were charged in Kenosha County court Thursday, where Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set each man’s cash bail at $3,000 — lower than the $5,000 cash bond prosecutors requested in both cases. Vince Portera, 72, of Richmond, Illinois, is due back in court April 23, 2026, for a preliminary hearing, while Miguel Rojas-Lopez, 62, of Waukegan, Illinois, is scheduled for his preliminary hearing on April 24, 2026.

Deport the scum.
Are they even legal to be here? If not why aren’t they being detained for ICE
yes idiot , one of them is A legal Mexican and the other is white stupid🤦♂️
Arvato is a horrible place to work. I told Ricky the Site Director that someone was leaving the back door by Converse returns unlocked. A couple weeks later it was still unlocked. They hire stupid people and even more stupid management. Ricky, Yolanda and Tony couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag with step by step instructions. Oh well, Microsoft was their client that was riped off. Like they care about 87,000.
