KENOSHA, Wis. — A 23-year-old Kenosha man on active parole is facing multiple felony charges after Kenosha police say they watched him repeatedly attempt to avoid officers before allegedly throwing a backpack containing a loaded handgun and marijuana onto a porch in a high-crime neighborhood on the city’s north side. Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set a $25,000 cash bail Thursday during an initial appearance.

Make him eat his stash in one sitting.
fine young fella
Everybody’s favorite judge Schroeder slapped him with probation as a repeater. That worked out well.

“But, but weed is safe!” Pffft
Losers.
Pretty sad. I met him for the first time while he was working at the Master Chief car wash. Got in a conversation and he told me about his arrest before. I was surprised at how polite he was and detailed at getting my car cleaned. He really seemed like he wanted to turn his life around. He sure food me!
