KENOSHA, Wis. — A 25-year-old Zion, Illinois man accused of waiting outside his former workplace, attacking a co-worker he blamed for getting him suspended, and taking the man’s phone was charged Wednesday with felony robbery and several misdemeanors. A court commissioner set his cash bail at only $750.
