KENOSHA, Wis. — A 48-year-old Illinois man accused of defrauding two Kenosha title-loan businesses out of more than $18,000 was released from custody Wednesday after Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II reduced his previously issued $10,000 arrest-warrant bail to just $1,000 cash, which the defendant immediately posted.

Copy and paste his picture, because he isn’t going to be in court later. Michel can print out his picture for the judge.
That is my question, how many of the reduced bail perps actually show up for their trial or whatever you call it?
