BRISTOL, Wis. — A 25-year-old Illinois man is facing multiple felony drug charges after Kenosha County sheriff’s deputies allegedly found cocaine and ketamine hidden inside his vehicle during a traffic stop early Friday morning. Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set a $2,000 cash bond during the defendant’s initial appearance Thursday afternoon, despite prosecutors requesting $5,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 21, 2026, before Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey Braun.
