KENOSHA, Wis. — Cian C. Cantwell, 41, of Twin Lakes, who was free on a $5,000 cash bail in a felony stalking and cocaine case, is accused of committing new crimes after prosecutors say he interfered with deputies attempting to arrest his brother, Craig C. Cantwell, 47, following an alleged drunken-driving traffic stop that ended at the family's home. Cian's mother, Judith A. Cantwell, 79, is also facing criminal charges stemming from the same incident.
