TOWN OF RANDALL, Wis. — Jose Esteban Mendez-Leon, 33, of Genoa City, is facing four felony counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety after prosecutors say he fired a 9mm handgun inside his home while his wife and three young children were inside. One of the felony counts carries a domestic-abuse modifier, and all four carry dangerous-weapon enhancers. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set Mendez-Leon’s cash bail at only $10,000 Monday.
