SOMERS, Wis. — Alejandro Stephen Morales, 20, of Somers, is facing two felony charges after a woman told Kenosha County sheriff’s deputies that Morales strangled her during an incident in July and raped her in August. Prosecutors charged Morales with second-degree sexual assault, a Class C felony carrying a maximum possible sentence of 40 years in prison, and strangulation and suffocation, a Class H felony punishable by up to six years in prison.
