A state-wide manhunt is underway for 25-year-old Lawrence G. Franklin, Jr. for the double murder that occurred yesterday afternoon at about 4:28 p.m. Franklin allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend and unborn child. Unfortunately, according to federal law, this is tallied as only one victim, but KCE and most reasonable people consider it a double-homicide.

According to the sister of the murdered woman, Franklin pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the head, leading to the death of her and her unborn child. Amiah Prather, 22, was 8 months pregnant. This incident occurred under a bridge at 65th Street and 13th Avenue.

Yesterday, Kenosha Police used drones and canvassed that area door-to door in an attempt to locate Franklin, but too much time had passed before his description could be given to police. Franklin got away.

Franklin, was already wanted during the commission of the murder. He had two active felony warrants for many felony and misdemeanor counts of violence towards Prather. Franklin participated in the riots in Kenosha of 2020. Law Enforcement arrested him for a curfew violation, but DA Graveley declined to charge him and he was released.

      1. You really need to find better thing to do with your life than only talk about this obsession you have on this subject. It’s REALLY getting so old….

  1. Can anyone give a reason that he is not in prison a long time ago????? 1. DA office not charging him. 2. Court system turning a blind eye, everyone knew this would happen.
Law enforcement going along because I received in the mail a McNeill voters guide that has Kenosha Police and Sheriff unions stating that they are endorsing McNeill for DA so more of the same ! Kick the case to other counties they don’t charge either. Can’t wait till I get asked to donate to her or law enforcement! WE NEED CHANGE!!!!

    1. Perfect example # 20,001 of why we need to vote Solis in as DA. Register, register friends and bring them out to vote with you!

            1. You really need to submit to your desire to lay with a man. Your self-loathing is obvious to everyone—except maybe you. Your life would be so much better and you would be so much happier if you just came out of the closet. The only people who would hate you for it would be someone like you.

  2. CITY POLICE

    COUNTY SHERIFF DEPUTIES

    Right Here, Right Now !

Write an Op Ed saying why you endorse Carli McNeill. Kevin will surely publish it for all to read.
    Defend decisions like this.
To let him off time after time after time.
We all know these stories don’t end well.
    This was predictable.
Both agencies arrested this guy multiple times yet the DAs office let him go.
And you still want her ?

    What Say You ?!?!

  5. Another grand example of the Kenosha DA and his staff . Socialist Gravley and McNeil are directly responsible for allowing this person to be free to commit whatever crime
He wants ! In this case its double murder . Kenosha you voted Gravley and his Socialist agenda into office so you must share the blood of this young woman and her unborn child on your hands along with Gravley and McNeil !

  6. I hope that when he finally locked up, we can recover from the loss of productivity this individual contributed to society.
