KENOSHA, Wis. — A 40-year-old Kenosha man with a growing list of pending criminal cases was charged Monday in two new misdemeanor cases — one for theft and another for retail theft — but was released on signature bonds with no cash required.

Court Commissioner Michael Masnica granted him no-cash bail, same as Michel both worthless.
Our justice system in Kenosha is a joke! This dude should be held in jail until his court appearance!
