KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man is facing new domestic-violence charges after authorities say he strangled and slammed his ex-girlfriend to the floor, only for the Kenosha County Probation and Parole Office to remove his probation hold despite the seriousness of the allegations. He was charged yesterday and is due in court on December 10th for his initial appearance, according to jail records and court filings.

The woman is also an idiot.
These wild, movie-like allegations often fail to pan-out after a minimal investigation. That’s probably why the P.O. Hold was lifted. The accusers are often hopped up with anger, and the police are often too eager to aid in creating a fantastical narrative without any skepticism whatsoever. And of course, prosecutors love allegations, so there you go.
