BRIGHTON, Wis. — On July 29, deputies were dispatched to the Humane Society of Kenosha after an employee reported that Mathews had surrendered 27 cats, including four dead kittens, and arrived with a small child who appeared severely neglected. The employee told deputies the family had been living out of a filthy black Hyundai Tucson filled with dirty diapers, trash, feces, rotting food, and multiple cats.

Wtf
How does CPS refuse to take the child. That’s insane! What happened to that poor girl?
So much for protecting the child!!! Blame on everyone involved.
Total loser trash. How is that child not immediately taken away? Seriously, what does it take?
Here is deal: Just because one has a uterus doesn’t mean that person should reproduce. Why did CPS refuse to get involved?
Yes, CPS is definitely a failed system. And they have no staff.
Failed system!
Just because the vehicle was nasty doesn’t mean this child was sleeping in it. They had no proof this child was being neglected one day of looking rough doesn’t constitute anything
