KENOSHA, Wis. — A Racine man with a prior felony record for fleeing police was charged Tuesday after what authorities describe as a violent, 100-mph, multi-jurisdiction pursuit that ended with an elderly couple’s SUV flipped on its side and the suspect’s own vehicle rolling and catching fire. The case has already renewed public interest in when police pursuits are worth the risk — and when they become too dangerous, especially in situations where the suspect’s identity is already known. Earlier today, KCE emailed Kenosha Police Chief Patrick Patton and Pleasant Prairie Police Chief David Smetana asking whether they believe yesterday’s pursuit was justified and inviting them to explain their pursuit policies as applied to this specific case.

This guy is a repeat offender, he’s not sorry for all the damage he has done, especially injuring that poor elderly couple. Now they are without a vehicle, plus this fool had no drivers license! He needs to be put in prison for a very long time! So sick of these criminals who think they are above the law!
Driving that fast and that recklessly put countless lives at risk.
He should be charged with attempted murder for every single person he passed at those speeds.
He belongs beneath the prison.
Didn’t this start out as someone wanted for a violent crime? Anyways…
He’s known. Let’s terminate because it’s dangerous and put a warrant out for him.
Sees him later, he flees. Let’s terminate because it’s dangerous and put a warrant out for him.

He commits another violent crime, public is confused why “police don’t do anything”.
Get it yet?
Obviously it’s a tough call… I say run them down, catch them. Make the penalty harsh. Reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon for every pedestrian, auto and home that this person drives past. Most of the chase is being recorded. If these people are willing to put their own lives at risk they need to be taken out. The guy in this story is a threat to even be standing next to.
All yall can eat a dick because yall need to know yall facts who’s to say he wasn’t running away from someone and ppl changed i guess everybody on here is a saint let god be the judge guess yall bunch of saints but anyways truly sorry about the old couple hope there ok and
