PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Two Milwaukee defendants accused of working together to steal more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Nike Factory Outlet are now facing felony charges after allegedly returning to the same store days later, where police identified and confronted them. Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set bail at just $750 each—far below what prosecutors sought.
