Andrew “Andy” Berg (D) is a former County Board member, Wisconsin Corrections Sergeant, and amature porn content creator. He is also under criminal investigation for embezzling thousands of dollars from his now-defunct charity, Garden of Eatin.

Yesterday, September 4, 2024, Berg was slapped with a $10,000 lawsuit by Renee Mura who owns and manages the firm that represented him in his recent divorce – Renee E. Mura, S.C. According to documents filed in Kenosha County Circuit Court, Berg has an outstanding balance of $9,603.11 with Mura for legal services rendered during the course of his legal proceedings. His attorney was Kelsey Johnson, who works for Mura.
Mura is also asking for 1% interest per month, plus all statutory fees and legal fees which will add up to about $10,000. Berg, according to the suit paid his lawyers:
$200 on September 1, 2023
$1,000 on September 21, 2023
$1,000 on December 3, 2023
$1,448 on February 28, 2024
$1,000 on March 12, 2024 and finally,
$500 on April 2, 2024
No payments are shown since then. Berg is due in court on September 19, 2024 at 10am.
