Kenosha, Wis. — A Racine County man already serving 30 years in state prison for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl was extradited to Kenosha County this week to face a new charge involving a different child victim.

Seth C. Beining, 23, of Wilmot, is now charged in Kenosha County with first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13. According to the criminal complaint, Beining allegedly assaulted an 11-year-old girl in June 2022 while the two were alone in a living room at a residence in the Village of Salem Lakes.

The girl told investigators that Beining began to sexually assaulted her. She immediately got up and moved to a different part of the room. When she did so, Beining asked her, “Are you okay?” She responded, “Yeah,” but said she was scared to tell anyone at the time, especially since her mother had been friends with Beining’s mother for years.

She also described a second incident months later, during a car ride, where Beining allegedly placed his hand on her inner thigh multiple times, despite her attempts to move his hand away. The girl remained silent until April 2023, when she saw Beining’s mugshot posted on the Racine County Scanner Facebook page after his arrest for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old child. Feeling empowered and safe now that Beining was in custody, she disclosed the past abuse to her mother, who immediately brought her to law enforcement.

The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department began investigating the claims and later filed the current felony charge, which carries a maximum penalty of 60 years in prison.

By that time, Beining had already been charged in Racine County with two serious felonies: Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child (At Least Three Violations of First-Degree Sexual Assault) and First-Degree Child Sexual Assault – Sexual Contact with a Child Under 13. He pleaded guilty to the first charge on June 10, 2024. The second charge was dismissed but read into the record. A Racine County judge sentenced him to 30 years in prison.

He also faced a separate Racine case filed on May 9, 2023, where he was charged with three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. On February 4, 2025, Beining pleaded guilty to one count, and the other two were dismissed but read in. He received a 273-day jail sentence for that case.

Beining made a brief appearance in Kenosha this week after being extradited to face the new charge. A $75,000 cash bail was set, though it is essentially moot given his current incarceration in the Wisconsin prison system.

  1. ….that can explain to us exactly what happened to him in his youth that made him this way and why he is “attracted to” very young children.
Young men these days with social media such a prevalent way to meet women, have virtually no problem satisfying their sexual desires almost daily.
If you have a job, enough money to go to a restaurant at least twice a week and understand how soap and water works, women are a dime a dozen these days.

No need to seek out vulnerable under age children because of the power assumed over them.

What happened in his youth ????
Any family members of close “childhood” friends want to chime in here ??

    1. He showed 0 signs of this when we were in school together, so honestly idk what happened. Friends of mine kept saying they knew he was “weird” but they’re lying. He just minded his business and was a cool dude. Sad to see what happened.

    1. Right, to the point bubba has his asshole so stretched out he can’t hold his shit in. There is no rehabilitating people like this.

  2. Luke 17:2

2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
