PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. – Two Kenosha teenagers are facing serious adult felony charges following an April police pursuit that reached speeds over 115 miles per hour and ended in a crash near the Illinois state line. The incident began with an alleged armed carjacking in Mount Pleasant and led to multiple felony charges in Kenosha County, with additional charges expected to be filed in Racine County.
