RANDALL, Wis. — An Illinois woman is facing four criminal charges after allegedly selling cocaine to an undercover detective at the Country Thunder music festival in Randall.

Sarah L. Jackson, 34, of West Chicago, appeared in Kenosha County court Monday and was charged with possession with intent to deliver more than 5 grams of cocaine, delivery of cocaine, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Court Commissioner William Michel II set her cash bail at $10,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 24.
According to the criminal complaint, Jackson was approached on July 19 by undercover officers patrolling the festival grounds on Lance Drive. When one of the officers asked for “party favors,” Jackson allegedly led them to her Jeep and sold a small baggie of cocaine in exchange for $40.
Deputies later searched the vehicle and reported finding 10 additional baggies containing a total of 10.9 grams of cocaine, $420 in cash, THC edibles and a vape cartridge, and plastic baggies commonly used for packaging drugs. Investigators said the amount and packaging of the cocaine, combined with the cash and paraphernalia, were consistent with drug distribution.
Jackson was arrested and reportedly told a detective she didn’t know what the substance was and had simply found it on the ground. Witnesses at neighboring campsites, however, said she offered them “party favors” and identified the substance as cocaine. One said Jackson was also seen with a bag of Adderall pills.
If convicted on the felony charges, Jackson faces up to 25 years in prison.
