
PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. – An Illinois man convicted of carrying a firearm despite being barred as a felon has been given what many observers see as a light sentence by Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Angelina Gabriele.

I’m tired of these clowns in the courthouse. Sentencing and bail are so inconsistent. People are sitting in jail for petty things, losing their jobs, homes, etc. Something needs to be done.
And people wonder why there’s so much gun crime. Guy should have gotten prison time on the gun charge alone. Bet that judge is all for taking away guns from ordinary non law breaking citizens though.If he commits a gun crime while on probation the judge should be held liable.
