PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Milwaukee man accused of pulling off a series of organized retail thefts at the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets has been charged with multiple felonies, months after investigators say he and an accomplice stole thousands of dollars in designer clothing and accessories. The Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office has now requested an arrest warrant for the suspect.

Until Kenosha Judges start imposing serious prison time for retail theft, they will keep coming from Chicago and Milwaukee to steal.
They are not stealing from corporations, they are stealing from all of us. Corporations just pass the costs along to us.
They raise the prices of everything which hits the poor the hardest.
So basically, criminals who are too lazy to work are stealing from the poor.
As Judge Schroeder used to say when sending scumbags to prison for retail theft; Kenosha takes retail theft seriously, “spread it around” where you are from.
