  1. There should be a realtor museum. Realtors use a computer for “comparable properties” to come up with a suggested list price to sell your house. All for the bargain price of 6 percent of your sale. On a $300,000 house thats $18,000. What do you get for that? A person to take about 40 nice digital photos, a person to enter information into the listing for about an hour. So selling with a realtor, the realtor is charging you about $4000.00 an hour. I can’t believe this scam continues still.
You can pay an attorney to do your paperwork for about $1000, and list yourself on several digital marketplaces for free. The market sets the pace and sale, not the realtors picture on the business card. There are more licensed realtors in Kenosha County than there are houses listed. This leads your realtor to tell you as a buyer “offer way over asking so you get it”. That may be true, but the realtor doesn’t get his commission if you don’t get it, so he’s glad to spend your money on a higher offer.

Get an attorney, list on digital markets yourself- SAVE THOUSANDS.

    1. Looks like a few realtors read this, and didn’t like the obvious facts. People can “choose” to overpay, most likely to feel “safe” in the transaction. My grandfather used to only book travel through a travel agency, because having the physical tickets (not on your phone or printed at home) he felt was the only way to know it was booked right.
We are in the digital age, certain jobs are and have become mostly obsolete.

US mail is only still in existence so government agencies can contact you through “certified mail”, as government proceedings require that form as a notice. Christmas cards will be a thing of the past very soon, as will junk mail. Remember the corded phone that used to be on your wall??? Only use for that now is for electioneering and telemarketing.
