KENOSHA, Wis. — Darquece D. Davis, 30, of Racine, appeared Monday before Liberal Activist Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse, who set a $2,500 cash bond after prosecutors alleged he drove through Kenosha with two young children in his vehicle while registering a 0.407 BrAC—more than five times Wisconsin's legal limit of 0.08. If convicted on all charges, Davis faces a maximum sentence of 14 years and three months in prison and up to $57,200 in fines.
