KENOSHA, Wis. — A 37-year-old Kenosha man accused of stealing a Caterpillar excavator and concrete breaker worth more than $47,000 was ordered held Friday on $40,000 cash bail. Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum set the unusually high bail for Leonard D. Taylor, who is charged with felony theft of movable property valued between $10,000 and $100,000. The Class G felony carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
