KENOSHA, Wis. — Hunter Lucas Crain, 20, of Kenosha, was charged Thursday with felony strangulation and suffocation after police say he wrapped his hands around his girlfriend’s neck and choked her during a domestic dispute inside their Washington Road apartment.
