KENOSHA, Wis. — An 18-year-old Kenosha man is facing five felony charges after prosecutors say he subjected his girlfriend to a terrifying, hours-long attack inside her Kenosha apartment, repeatedly strangling her, slamming her head against walls and floors, threatening to kill her, and ultimately stabbing her in the head with a large kitchen knife. Anthony R. Garcia, 18, of Kenosha, was criminally charged Tuesday, November 3, with first-degree reckless injury with a dangerous weapon, felony intimidation of a victim, false imprisonment, strangulation and suffocation, and substantial battery, all with domestic abuse modifiers. He is also charged with two misdemeanors. Garcia is scheduled to make his initial appearance before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum on Wednesday, November 4, at 1 p.m., when bail is expected to be addressed.

Why would stabbing someone in the head with a large kitchen knife not be charged as attempted murder? Or at the , some version of manslaughter?
I HOPE they are getting their ducks in a row so they can also charge for attempted murder. This “guy” is a sociopath.

So, if I walked down the street and put a knife in someone’s head, they wouldn’t consider that attempted murder? Not that age should matter at all. But wtf is wrong with someone that is 18 and wanting to do this. It will only be a matter of time with this kid.
And for the person that could hear fighting and screaming for hours and waited until he/she actually seen the girl covered in blood before calling the police. Shame on you. And shame on all the other tenets who could here this girl begging for her life. Her blood is on your hands also.
Anyone remember the video of the girl on the subway getting her throat cut and dying right there on the floor alone. Well, there you have it. No one will do anything to help anyone.
When the police were finally able to get to this girl, they would have seen a knife sticking out of my head, because I’d be damned if I could just sit there and let this happen to anyone, male or female
