A Kenosha man is behind bars today holding on a $25,000 cash bail. Prosecutors allege that Jose A. Miranda, 24, of Kenosha sexually exploited one or more under-age employees of the Rec Plex in Pleasant Prairie. Miranda is a janitor and was described as “creepy” and would “lurk” at underage boys who worked with him. According to Pleasant Prairie Police and prosecutors, Miranda created a fake Snap Chat account of a woman to “catfish” boys. He then sent at least one boy naked photos of at least one woman and asked the boy to send him photos back. Unfortunately for the boy, he believe he was talking to a girl on the popular social media app and sent nude photos back. Eventually, the boy learned the Snap Chat account of the girl was fake, as he noticed he was being sent nude photos of at least two different women. Miranda, according to the criminal complaint, then got upset that the boy blocked him on Snap Chat. Miranda then posted naked photos of the boy around the Rec Plex. He also stole three pairs of the boys underwear, and later put them in a common area for the lifeguards to find. Miranda also allegedly started a large “sharing” of the boy’s confidential personal information on Snap Chat.

At one point Miranda asked the underage boy to have sex with him in the family locker room and placed condoms and lube in the room. The boy suspected that Jose Miranda was in fact the fake woman on Snap Chat. The boy told investigators that Miranda was very awkward, buying him food and gifts. Other employees reported similar behavior from Miranda.

Miranda told one employee he was bi-sexual and had “crushes” on other under-age boys at the facility. Another employee said the Miranda was “quick to escalate friendships,” “awkward” and had told him “I’m into you.”

Pleasant Prairie investigators learned that the Snap Chat allegedly created by Miranda was modeled after a real person that Miranda knows. The real woman was upset that this could harm her reputation. Investigators got a warrant for the Snap Chat account and learned that the account was accessed by Miranda’s home internet 1,600 times and further evidence that Miranda was behind the fake account came from Miranda’s phone records.

    1. Liberal Wisconsin believes that there’s simply nothing nothing nothing you can possibly do to anyone or anything that would mandate capital punishment.

  1. I’d be surprised if these allegations qualified for “the chair” in any state.

One of our state’s two death-penalty abolitionists was from (or at least lived in) Kenosha. AT the time he got the death penalty abolished, he was a member of the “Free Soil Party” which soon thereafter merged into the Republican party. He also invented the QWERTY keyboard that we all know, use, and love today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Latham_Sholes

  2. Did it take anyone a moment for their eyes to figure out which guy was the scumbag? Nice dirty greaseball look for the attorney.

    1. All the best people in the world have had long hair, like Liberace and Jesus Christ. Plus he’s kind of a lady’s man, his wife is very pretty. They call him Fabio Esquire. He’s a good guy

      1. Kevin, that’s right. At least the part about the lawyer being a good guy. (I don’t know anything about his wife — and I’m not sure about your hair claim.) Joe is rock solid as a defense attorney. He’s obtained great results in jury trials as well.

    2. Wow! Aren’t you judgemental!!

Who cares if the lawyer has ling hair. At least he is clean and doesn’t have it in dreadlocks and it’s all nasty and dirty! I’ve seen men with much longer hair, including their beards which look a hell of a lot worse than a nice looking man with shoulder length hair!! ??‍♀️

  3. Dems/Libs love pedos, they are truly sick people! They have been constantly trying to normalize this behavior in society. Let’s see what happens to this creepy perv, not much I expect.

      1. If we can agree that an adult male forcing his barely pubescent daughter to shower naked with him is a pretty clear sign of pedophilia, the Democrat Party loved a pedophile enough to vote him into the presidency in the 2020 election. And suppressed reports that his crackhead son was following in his footsteps.

  4. Very sick individual. What stands out though, is that he is very awkward. Is there a chance he is on the spectrum or mentally deficient? I really believe that people that do this are mentally ill.

  5. 25k bond where do they get these amounts should have been 100k for the degree of these charges , this is just crazy
He was willing and ready keep this guy locked up

    1. That’s a cash bond! At his age, I highly doubt he can can come up with $25,000 in cash, especially working a the RecPlex!!

  6. Okay RecPlex…. All that money and you can’t protect children. First it was the creep in the woman’s locker room with cameras, now this. So glad I don’t have a membership anymore

  7. Best thing for ANYONE that does anything obscene to a child is something that travels about 1250 ft a second right between the eyes!!! Save the tax payers lots of money !!!!

  8. Had S.T.A.C.K been available at the time, he might not have turned out to be so creepy. What ever happened to Jim Padlock from Kenosha? He left town pretty fast for a “leader” Anyway…….. What we need is another government funded program, a coalition of all the players, so this kinda liberal thing never happens again, Drag queen story hour?

  9. I would be interested to see what the background investigation revealed prior to this idiot being hired. I’m sure they did a through investigation. NOT!!!!

  10. This freaks brother lives next door to me. This guys behavior explains the dum dum next door….can’t let up and no respect.

These people are a shitty clan.
