Mark Jensen, accused in the 1998 anti-freeze murder of his Wife Julie, finished day 8 of his jury trial. Returning to the stand first, was Detective Lieutenant Paul Ratzburg (RET) of Pleasant Prairie Police Department. Cross examination took a few hours for Ratzburg.

Jason Ruff, a digital forensic analyst with the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Bureau of Criminal Investigation, took the stand today. For many hours before and after lunch, Ruff was questioned about every email seny or received by Jensen, even phone bills, and SPAM mail. Next, the prosecution asked Ruff about each and every website on the Jensen home computer, internet history. Huff testified that the website history had been erased from the computer, but he was able to still see the websites visited.

Someone in the Jensen household searched for botulism, poisons, ethylene glycol poisoning. Most of these searches appeared in the late evening and early morning hours.
Examination of Ruff will continue tomorrow.

I’d love to see the general publics home computer searches, especially those that scream about his guilt the loudest. I bet there is some freaky porn searches and history on those. Do they have any actual proof he did it? Eye witness? These entire trial is an episode of TMZ.
