Pleasant Prairie Clerk, Administrator Seemingly Attempt To Conceal Emails Linking Steinbrink To Felonies

Copied!
Pleasant Prairie Village Administrator Eric Rindfleisch and Village Clerk Jane Snell

Pleasant Prairie Village Clerk Jane Snell (D) once called a pro-life display at St. Anne’s Catholic Church obnoxious, and had the Pleasant Prairie Police Department force the priest to take down part of the display because she thought it was advocating for a particular candidate. She wields her authority liberally, without accountability from village administration. Yesterday, KCE submitted a public records request to Snell via the Village of Pleasant Prairie website. We asked for something very specific and seemingly random. We asked for all emails between the disgraced former public works director John Steinbrink, Jr and another village employee, Nathan Wilkinson between March 1 and March 31, 2021. Today, she sent us an email saying that there were “no responsive records” and she closed out our request. Here is what Jane didn’t know: There was a recent court filing by Steinbienk’s attorney that highlights several emails in that time period between Steinbrink and Wilkinson in which Steinbrink asks Wilkinson to falsify records. In other words, we knew that emails exist in that time period between the two according to Racine County Sheriff’s police reports. Snell, for whatever reason lied to us and said there were no emails.

We reached out to the new village administrator, Eric Rindfleisch and asked him if she concealed the records on her own, or if he told her to conceal them. He responded by telling us that her response was “correct” because “Ms. Snell does not have access to old emails.” He later stated that the IT department will be expediting our request. We asked him to explain. He didn’t. Snell denied our request and closed out the case. Now Rindfleisch is having the emails that don’t exist, produced, but says she was correct that there are no emails. If you are confused, so are we. Rindfleisch is brand new to the area and apparently doesn’t understand that the “eye” is 11 for 11 with public records denial lawsuits/and or legal appeals. He will learn the next time he lies about the presence of emails. Of course, when we receive the emails, we will share them with our readers. In fact, KCE won a lawsuit last month against John Steinbrink, Jr in reference to public records.

“You don’t disagree with Steinbrink, Jr. If you do, you’re going to be out of a job” said one of the employee whistleblowers in the Pleasant Prairie corruption investigation to an investigator with the Racine County Sheriff’s Office.

The disgraced former Village of Pleasant Prairie public works director was charged with seven felonies related to corruption, enough to put him behind bars for decades. In the six-page criminal complaint filed on 7/19/2022, Steinbrink, Jr was formally charged with one count of Theft – False Representation between $10,000 and $100,000 and six counts of felony Misconduct in Public Office – Excess Authority. The former carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 years, and the latter, 3.5 years each.

John Steinbrink, Jr is the son of John Steinbrink, Sr who recently won reelection as Pleasant Prairie Village President as he ran unopposed.

Coincidentally, pursuant to a lawsuit victory last month, The Village of Pleasant Prairie will be turning over documents tomorrow.

      1. Some good spelling for you:

        Read carefully and slowly…..

        Fuck You.

We aren’t here for the spelling or misspelling. We are here for the content and to tell people like you to fuck off.

Keep up the great work Kevin! And fuck off to the anonymous spelling cunt.

        1. Correct spelling and grammar go a long way in establishing credibility and education. And attacking a post with vulgarity only shows a deeper lack of education. Good job!

          1. Dear Cletus,
Thanks for the reply! I have a question. Is your name short for clitorous? Never mind, you probably don’t know what that is or where to find it even if you did know . Just ask your wife. Or are you so intellectual that you look past the male and female sex organs, their purpose and find comfort in a man’s hands or ass? I mean anus, as I am now being intellectual.

All the proper spelling, grammar, credibility and intellect you are searching for is in the Kenosha News. There you can keep up with other intellectuals, homosexuals, transvestites, furries, and more that are a part of the hive mind that you are part of.
You see Cletus, the majority of people that come here may not only be “intellectual” but we also possess wisdom and are knowledge. You lack these qualities. We know where the problems are, who the problems are and how to solve the problems when society finally reaches the tipping point. While you may treasure that piece of paper that many call a degree hanging on the wall, we also treasure God and our freedom as intended by God. Intellectual piss ants like yourself, the Steinbrinks, corrupt school board officials and others in government that keep stealing and plotting against us will reap what they sow in due time.

Kevin has a successful page here because he is real, authentic and can distinguish right from wrong. We see that above all. You see yourself as smart while in fact you are truly a fool.

            Sincerely,
            Red Pill

            PS. Fuck Off!

            3

  1. Will they really be turning them over? I will believe it when/if I see it. Deceit, corruption, lies…… The Village motto. Good luck Kevin – I sure hope we will get the whole story and all the records but based on past history with the VPP – I am unsure. Things just magically seem to disappear. Must be the village magic fairy dust. POOF! Thank you!

    11
    1. Haven’t you seen Kevin’s lawsuit record yet? If they don’t turn over documents, he sues them and WINS. He’s an old pro at this! Awesome Kevin! Keep up the good work!

  2. What’s worse than a bureaucrat being a bureaucrat is when the bureaucrat appears incompetent. Obviously the clerk herself wouldn’t directly have immediate access to another employee’s Emails. Also obviously she should know that and should have told Kevin the truth: “I do not have direct access to the Emails of another department or employee. I forwarded your request to our IT director and will get back to you when I hear from him.” How hard is that? If she was intentionally deceptive, that’s bad. If the village clerk honestly doesn’t know who could get the Emails, isn’t that worse??? I mean if you asked her for a police report would she not know to tell you to ask the police chief (“Dear Mr. Eye: I am not the custodian of police records but the chief of police is and I forwarded your request to him.”) Duh.

    10
    1. What about the new village administrator? “No responsive records” smells of a cagey answer and to say it was “correct” is weird. He could have saved face by saying “the clerk doesn’t have access to the old Emails but I asked our IT people to get them.” Sheesh.

    2. Why do you think all these people are in trouble? It’s not incompetence…they are just fucking stupid and there are paper trails everywhere. I mean, let’s be honest, it wasn’t that hard to bury Steinbrink because it was quite easy to get evidence.

        1. No, it’s possible to be both stupid and competent, tasks just take longer. Far more likely that someone well educated will be incompetent, Pete Buttigieg comes to mind.

  3. Question, how did village pay hush money ($160.000,00) to ex administrator Thiel it came from somewhere they must have a great big slush fund? Any way they
can make Thiel testify, he knows where all the dirty laundry is?

    1. From what I understand, Theil can’t say anything about anyone since he took the “pay off” when he left PP. It seems though, that would be illegal.

      3
      1
      1. And he may have had his own “issues.” Still, if his contract expired, then why the buy out? That’s never been explained. Was there a poison pill in the contract or something? Did they blow a deadline for nonrenewal? Kevin, what’s the story, dude?????

      2. Talked to retired Policeman today he said that courts can overrule civic settlements? Kevin, please look into this, Thiel knows where everything is hidden!

  4. Jane Snell was incompetent as an HR specialist as she is being the Village Clerk. She is a bitch that thinks she has power. She should follow her old boss Wilkes example and retire before investigations are complete.

  5. The people of the village got what they deserve! They won’t get off their ass to put up a candidate to challenge Sr. or the current terms that expire and will be automatically voted back in.
Only when the people of the village take back their power will you see any changes.

  6. STIENBRINKS HAVE USED PLEASANT PRARIE AS THERE OWN, THEY HAVE USED THE TAXPAYERS OF PLEASANT PRARIE FOR YEARS, FOR PERSONAL GAIN, ITS NOT JUST JR ITS THE HOLE FAMILY. END THIS AND GET THEM ALL OUT OF ARE LOCAL GOVERMENT.

    9
    1
  7. Kevin, First of all congrats on being 11 for 11. No one is perfect. 11 for 12 is great in sports, so don’t sweat it. As a man of God, how do you allow people to SWEAR on YOUR site. You have the ability to post what you want!

    2

  8. Welcome to the Village of Pleasant Prairie Eric. This isn’t a small bedroom community anymore and unfortunately many employees like Jane Snell and the Village President behave like they do not have to follow the law pertaining to open records request or following the laws as they have bullied their way into not complying in the past and they figure these stupid tactics will still work. Not!!!! You wanted to grow from a Town to a Village, start acting like it as government is supposed to be transparent.

  9. Jane Snell TRIED to get Father Bob at St. Anne’s to remove the display of crosses on the south lawn, each representing a child lost to abortion in an average day. To his credit, he did NOT. Someone (possibly Ms. Snell) also claimed that the display was closer than the law allows for “religious” displays for voting locations. They were not. I know. I walked that lawn several years, helping to put the display up. Nonetheless, the polls were moved from St. Anne’s to the Addison.

  10. Everyone knows that Steinbrink Sr. and Pollocoff are still running things. They are the ones directing all these employees. It still blows my mind that no one will stand up to them. The former Construction Manager Nate Wilkinson taking a voluntary demotion should have been a huge red flag that he was involved in John’s corruption. Take back our Village!

  11. I’ll correct myself…

Steve Linn is the “Communications Manager”.

I’m guessing his role is to not communicate.
