KENOSHA, Wis. — A 23-year-old Kenosha man was formally charged today with two felony counts of possessing child pornography after investigators tied him to disturbing images flagged by a national cyber tipline.

Court Commissioner William Michel is worthless!!! He is going to get someone killed with his low bail amounts.
It’s good to see that the judiciary is not in lock-step with the DA’s office. We need that level of independence. And seriously, he’s not accused of creating these photos — it’s not even clear that he, personally, possessed them. Too few details to judge at this point. But I think the $100,000.00 set by the commissioner is MORE than sufficient — probably excessive. In all likelihood, the cat ain’t postin’ it. On top of that, not sure why everyone is so obsessed with the bail amount.
