KENOSHA, Wis. — Michael Andrew Mayer, 41, of Kenosha, was charged Wednesday with felony substantial battery after prosecutors say he shoved another man outside of FECs tavern last year, causing him to strike his head on the ground and suffer a fractured skull and brain bleed. Mayer was not taken into custody and instead was issued a summons to appear in court on April 15 for his initial appearance.
