KENOSHA, Wis. — Matthew Sawyer, 66, of Kenosha, and Jayla M. Isenberg, 20, of Kenosha, were both charged Tuesday in connection with an alleged forged-check scheme involving Red River Energy, but only Sawyer is currently wanted by authorities. Isenberg was issued a summons and is due in court April 30, while Sawyer failed to appear and Court Commissioner William Michel II issued a $5,000 arrest warrant for him on Wednesday.
