“In the November 2020 general election, the City of Kenosha adopted private corporation conditions on the election process affecting state and federal elections. In this case, Kenosha involved private corporations and their employees in the City’s state and federal election administration. By doing so, Kenosha failed to comply with state laws, including obtaining from the Commission a prior determination of the legality of the private corporate conditions in the election process, and failed to comply with the U.S. Constitution’s Elections and Electors Clauses which guarantee the state Legislature the exclusive role in approving Wisconsin’s legal conditions relating to federal elections. Kenosha officials, responsible for the election process and procedures, adopted and implemented private corporate conditions, including direct corporate and corporate employee engagement in the administration of the general election. Moreover, Complainants found that Kenosha Mayor John M. Antaramian, in his official capacity as Mayor, participated with four other cities—Milwaukee, Madison, Racine and Green Bay—to place the same corporate conditions on their election administration. “

An attorney for the Thomas Moore Society, a conservative law group in Chicago, pledged to take this complaint all the way to the Wisconsin State Supreme Court.

Anti-first amendment billionaire Mark Zuckerberg donated $300 MIL to the group that gave the City of Kenosha almost $1MIL to target democratic voters. Kenosha Mayor Antaramian met in secret with his buddies, the mayors of the other four cities. The five democrats were quick and happy to accept money to help democrats.

The complainants spoke against private corporations funding efforts to influence an election. The Wisconsin Elections Commission has said they will respond to the complaint by May 25, 2021.

In contrast to McNeill, Michael Graveley (D), the current DA, told KCE that he can only recall losing once or twice in his career, which is nearly three times longer than McNeill’s. Graveley is, objectively, a skilled trial prosecutor. He commands the courtroom and knows how

  1. That mayor is the worse in the history of Mayors. He gets paid to sit and hide during all the murders, shootings, police chases, riots, looting, burning, but vocal on his money spending projects. He don’t care about the residents of Kenosha

  2. Bravo to these citizens for their efforts to stop the communist-fascist take over of our state & nation. Dump your facebook accounts, Mark Zuckerberg is using his wealth for evil & sinister purposes.

  3. Corporations should stay out of any and all public business. The extreme wealth of some corporations can directly impact public policy and citizens have no democratic say in outcomes. This is a VERY dangerous and often secret, underhanded process that must stop. Bravo to the complainants.

  4. I’m still disappointed that our mayor and governor did not meet with either presidential candidate after the August riots. That was very disrespectful, in my opinion. I will be voting against the mayor if he runs for reelection.
