KENOSHA, Wis. – A Kenosha man with a notorious history of posing as an eye doctor is facing new felony charges after police say he drove drunk, crashed into another car, and threatened to assault an officer—all while out on bond in two other criminal cases.

(Kenosha County Sheriff)
Lee L. Hagopian, 56, was in court today and formally charged in Kenosha County case 2025CF969. Court Commissioner William Michel II ordered him held on $10,000 cash bail.
According to the criminal complaint, on July 5, Hagopian allegedly crashed his black Jeep into another car at 52nd Street and Green Bay Road, then sped off. The victim followed Hagopian, who reportedly veered into oncoming traffic and nearly struck the other vehicle head-on.
When police located Hagopian a short time later, he flipped off Officer Caden Kreuser, refused to exit his vehicle, and displayed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech and glassy eyes. Inside his vehicle, officers found several open bottles believed to contain alcohol.
At the hospital, Hagopian allegedly became belligerent, shouted racial slurs, and told Officer Kreuser, “I will beat your fucking ass” and “When I see you in the fucking street, you’re going down, boy.”
He is charged with threat to a law enforcement officer, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, hit and run, operating while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. All but the OWI charge include repeater enhancers.
Hagopian is already awaiting trial in cases 22CM1611 and 22CM1635, both involving allegations of unlicensed optometry and fraud. In 2021, he was convicted in a widely publicized case for practicing optometry without a license—an incident that drew repeated attention from Fox6 News.
Prosecutor Toni Young urged the court to impose a high cash bond, arguing that Hagopian had already violated the terms of his previous bonds and posed a continued threat to the public.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 16 at 8:30 a.m. Hagopian remains in custody.

That Bail system is really working out well, isn’t it? Someday the people that are supposedly intelligent enough to make decisions on our lives, will stop letting people who are never going to behave, run around with the rest of us. This guy is not worth chewing through the straps.
How many chances is this guy given, obviously there is no Respect for the law here. Maybe he needs to be held accountable for his actions, CCAP Shows a pretty good track record on this guy with the dv and many other crimes, Is this guy a CI for someone or what.
He is a CI. Wire wearing pussy who is finally getting a little of what he deserves.
